What We Offer

Agent Fees

85%/15% split until $12,000 commission is earned; $300 for every sale transaction thereafter. $75 per lease transaction flat fee. $12,000 is approximately 12 sales using the Houston median home price of $234,000.

 

$50/month technology fee. To cover the costs of all the great software to make you successful. Get all the latest Microsoft products on your laptop and phone along with cloud based storage plus your own landing page on our site to advertise your listings and much much more.

$450/year training fee. To cover the costs of bringing high-quality education and knowledge to each and every agent. We offer on-demand learning to cover basic CE requirements, online libraries (with reusable content and templates), in-house training, conferences and industry relevant speakers.

Team Fees

$400/transaction. Period.

$50/month/team member technology fee. Get all the latest Microsoft products on your laptop and phone along with cloud based storage plus your own landing page on our site to advertise your listings and much much more.

$450/year/team member training fee. We offer on-demand learning to cover basic CE requirements, online libraries (with reusable content and templates), in-house training, conferences and industry relevant speakers.

And… we are willing to negotiate if you have a high-performance team.
